Over the next ten years, Mexico’s software industry could employ one new programmer every 10 minutes. That’s more than one half-million high tech jobs, if only

  • there was an adequate pool of qualified programmers that employers could draw from;

  • Mexico produced English-speaking programmers;

  • the Mexican software industry was looking for business in the right place;

  • the Mexican Government understood what is needed to help develop the industry.
