ImageThe decrease in the rate of acquisitions in BRIC and Latin American markets has been notably less pronounced when compared to developed markets.   This is especially true in Latin America, where the decline in M&A activity for the third quarter of 2008 was only 7%, compared to 13% in Central and Eastern Europe.
